Unsplit Privacy Policy

Information we collect

Unsplit is designed to collect as little personal information as possible. The app may store gameplay-related information, including puzzle progress, completed puzzles, streaks, solve history, hints used, medals, badges and achievements, leaderboard-related progress, and app preferences.

This information is used to make the app work, save your progress, and provide features such as stats, streaks, badges, archives, widgets and sync.

iCloud sync

If iCloud sync is enabled on your device, Unsplit may use Apple’s iCloud services to sync your game progress across your Apple devices. This data is managed through Apple’s iCloud infrastructure and associated with your Apple ID according to Apple’s own privacy terms.

Game Center

Unsplit may use Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. If you use Game Center features, Apple may process your Game Center profile, scores, achievements and related activity according to Apple’s privacy terms.

Widgets

Unsplit may provide a home screen widget showing basic game status, such as your streak or whether you have played today. Widget data is generated from your local game progress.

Analytics

Unsplit uses PostHog to help understand how the app is used and how it performs. This may include information about feature usage, app performance, crashes and general technical diagnostics.

We do not use analytics information to identify you personally, sell your personal data or serve personalised advertising.

Advertising and tracking

Unsplit does not show third-party ads. Unsplit does not sell personal information.

How we use information

Information may be used to save your game progress, maintain streaks and stats, enable archive play, provide hints, medals and badges, support Game Center achievements and leaderboards, sync progress across devices where enabled, improve app stability and performance, and respond to support requests.

Your choices

You can delete the app from your device, disable iCloud sync in device settings, manage Game Center through Apple settings, and contact support with privacy questions.
