How does Favourites work with Chrome bookmarks?
It reads and updates the Bookmarks Bar so you can show, open, reorder, rename, hide, and organise favourites and folders. Changes stay in Chrome’s bookmark data.
Does Favourites require an account?
No. There is no Favourites account and no Favourites server.
Where is my data stored?
Bookmarks stay in Chrome. Most settings and the icon cache stay in local storage on this device. Per-folder layout density can sync with your Chrome profile. History is only read if you turn on Daily Suggestions, and only on this device.
